• Pre-booking and online ticket purchase with contactless check-in are encouraged.
• No promotional booklets will be distributed to customers.
• F&B purchased or provided on the premises is only allowed inside movie halls.
• Disposable single-use containers/utensils/cups will be used for all F&B items.
• UEVENTS recommends avoiding purchasing UEVENTS-branded tickets from secondary ticketing websites or online selling sites. Resold tickets may be invalid, and in some countries, reselling tickets is prohibited by law.
• Please take precautions to protect your tickets from loss or theft as UEVENTS is not responsible for replacing lost or stolen tickets.
• If an electronic ticket is duplicated or stolen, entry will be denied, and no refund will be issued.
• Accessibility seats are limited to the first row of the seat stages.
• Companions must purchase separate tickets and are not included with Mobility Access Tickets.
• Please use mobile access tickets respectfully and only, if necessary, as they are limited in number.
